Moon Shirvanian is the Founder and CEO of Chic Design Group, a Southern California luxury design studio specializing in high-end Italian kitchens, bathrooms, closets, living spaces, and architectural interior solutions.
With a Master’s Degree in Interior Design and Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design, Moon combines refined European aesthetics with functional modern living. Her design philosophy centers around timeless materials, architectural simplicity, and highly personalized spaces tailored to each client’s lifestyle.
Driven by a passion for Italian craftsmanship and innovation, Moon has built Chic Design Group into a premier destination for luxury European interiors in California. Under her leadership, the company is recognized for its curated partnerships with leading Italian brands, elevated client experience, and sophisticated approach to contemporary living.
Beyond design, Moon is known for her entrepreneurial vision in expanding access to European luxury design throughout Southern California, with a growing presence in both Orange County and Los Angeles.

Judy Stout is a Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer with a strong background in space planning, cabinetry design, and interior functionality. With over a decade of experience in the design industry, she specializes in creating thoughtfully organized and highly personalized kitchen, bath, and interior spaces.
Combining technical expertise with a refined design sensibility, Judy is known for her ability to transform complex layouts into elegant and functional environments. Her detail-oriented approach and deep understanding of cabinetry design allow her to guide clients seamlessly through every stage of the design process.

Throughout her career, Lené has been recognized for her innovative approach to interior architecture, earning industry recognition including ASID Platinum and Lumen Awards for excellence in design and lighting.

With over eight years of experience in the kitchen and bath industry, William Castelan brings technical precision, creativity, and a passion for luxury cabinetry design to his role as Project Manager at Chic Design Group.
As an NKBA-certified professional, William specializes in translating design concepts into detailed technical plans while maintaining accuracy and coordination throughout every stage of a project. His multilingual communication skills and detail-oriented approach help create a seamless experience for clients, designers, and project teams.

George Octa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and brings more than a decade of experience in residential, hospitality, and industrial design. His background in architecture and modern kitchen design provides him with a strong understanding of technical documentation, spatial planning, and cabinetry systems.
At Chic Design Group, George is responsible for preparing precise technical drawings, reviewing project details, and processing orders for production. His accuracy, attention to detail, and collaborative approach help ensure that every order is complete, properly documented, and aligned with the approved design.
George plays an important role in moving each project smoothly from design development into production.
